Remodel to Accommodate a Disability

did not follow instructions from elevator company on how and where to cut the floor. Did not finish because he left for another job??? in Oregon and never heard from him for over 2 weeks. I had to hire another person to correct and finish the job. He said he never got his emails but when he came to get his pay, he referred to my email to him. I'm not sure he tells the truth all the time. I would not recommend him to anyone. He says he is so busy that's why he takes jobs in Oregon, Las Vegas but, if he is so good why does he have to travel so far away???????
