The project was cancelled before they even began and I was never refunded the amount I was due. They gave me the run around for over 2 months and never paid me in full what I was due. Even taking into account their 25% restocking fee on a project that never began, they never gave me all that I was owed per the agreement. Very disreputable business practices and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Erik Strader went above and beyond our expectations. He provided much needed information about the stair lift, including letting us know we could forgo the sales tax if we had a prescription. Clint and Kevin, the installers, took great pains to make sure the measurements were accurate and the lift was installed properly. Clint also went over the operation instructions and the maintenance instructions.

I bought Bruno chair lift from Accessible System of Dallas a few months ago. The new unit is noisy, slow, and beeps anytime it wants too. The main drive track is in segments and it clicks at breaks in a track. The new unit is not as good as the old one. I had the old one for 10 years and motor quit and I could not get parts for the motor. Accessible System of Dallas was right there with the talk, no action. If you need to put the unit in use someone else. Thereafter customer service is lousy.
