We hired Toney and his crew to replace our old deck with a much larger multi-level composite deck, with a drainage/gutter system under the upper deck and a finished ceiling and lighting system underneath to create an outdoor living room on the lower deck. They did an absolutely fabulous job at a fair price. The crew are hard workers and real craftsmen -- they built it the right way with a proactive eye for detail and aesthetics. They had to deal with significant challenges along the way... site issues due to the nature of our lot, permitting constraints from the county, soil issues requiring involvement of a geotechnical engineer, etc... and they got through it all, cheerfully and collaboratively despite one of the most challenging jobsites I am sure they have ever had to deal with. Toney and Rey were great partners to us, helping us make decisions and navigate these challenges, and working flexibly with us when we realized we needed to change the plan a bit. Any issues we spotted were quickly addressed. They went above and beyond on several occasions, adding thoughtful small upgrades and solutions for long term maintenance. They were careful to leave us happy and proud of our new deck. They've been responsive with a few small warranty fixes too. The deck looks amazing -- I am proud of the deck and proud of them for their excellent work. I would recommend the Acclaim crew in a heartbeat for high value work from trustworthy, kind people.

I called Toney at Acclaim Home Services and he came the same day to discuss my project. Toney followed up with an estimate and time frame for the deck replacement. The crew started several days ahead of schedule removing the old deck and building the foundation structure for the new deck. The crew came back the following week and completed the deck in the time frame they quoted. My husband has built decks in the past and makes custom furniture as a hobby and is very knowledgeable about deck construction. He was very impressed with the skill level of this crew and with Ray, the foreman. We are extremely pleased with the job that was done. We would not hesitate to hire Acclaim Home Services for future projects.
