Acclaim called immediately, came out the next day, took care of the problem, spent time telling us what to expect, encouraged us to call if we had concerns or problems, but I am happy to say, we have been ant free since Acclaim was here. We have not been ant free even for a few minutes since ant season began. It was quite reasonably priced too--about $300 less than the other estimate we had and no yearly contract.
