"RUN FAST & RUN FAR" from this business and owner David Johnson, they are a "WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING", owner David Johnson came out with his crew repaired the leaks we had on our roof and said he would give us a 3 year guarantee that it would not leak, well the first time it rained our roof leaked worse than before, we called davids cell, explained the situation and he said it is covered under the warranty and that he would be out the next day to correct the issue, 8 months later and we still have not heard back from him and have no way of reaching him, he never came back out to correct or repair the leaks and his cell phone mail box was full so we could no longer leave him any more messages & then his cell was disconnected, during this nightmare we also called his business number and talked to his secretary Louanna who said she had advised David of our requests and issues every time we called her. After Davids cell phone was disconnected we called the business number and Louanna said that his business number was actually her home phone number and that she no longer worked for him and that he seemed to treat all of his customers the same way. We are now stuck with finding and having to pay another roofing contractor to repair our roof leaks, the lowest rating I could leave was 0.5 and it is not even worth that. Man's word is suppose to reflect the kind of person he is, Honesty, Integrity and Accountability is how a person is measured in his personal life and in business and by these standards David Johnson is nowhere to be found, how you treat people in life and business is a choice and is a direct window into the soul of each person.

I had used the company twice before. This time it was very hard to contact them due to the heavy volume of work from the recent storms. The job I had was a leak in the same area they had repaired a year earlier. David Johnson did come out and assess the damage and said there would be no charge as it was covered under his 2 year warranty. It took a while for him to come out and actually do the work, but yesterday he came out and personally did the repair. Hopefully successful. Wont know until next big rain storm.

He did good work. He was also 4 hours late with no phone call, and he barely apologized for it. They did do a great job though. I am overall happy with the work they did, but their customer service skills need help.

David and his team did a phenomenal job. The price was reasonable, the crew arrived on time and completed the repair in a single day. These folks know what they are doing!

Have had to come out more than 6 times to attempt repair. Roof continued to leak causing additional damage that roofer did not offer to cover. And my roof may still not be fixed. Not how the other reviews are so good. This outfit is terrible. Should have covered the additional damage to my house due to the fact THEY DID NOT FIX MY LEAK!

The company did quality work at a reasonable price and got it done quickly.
