Overquote, underperform, workers don't speak English and don't know what they are doing. Only thing worse than AL's performance is their business and communication skills. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt to say they are incompetent vs unethical. Poor workmanship, poor follow up, poor communication. They are excellent at billing and collections, however. I don't have enough space to thoroughly express how much I do not recommend this business. Not for any of the things they say they can do. 1 star is generous.

Well, the work was not complete. The customer service was just terrible. I made phone calls for almost 30 days to get a hold of somebody, and only after I sent an email that somebody respond. They sent somebody out who had to come back twice. Then they sent me a bill to finish a job that they had told me would be done in the first place. I paid them $18, 000 and my basement is still taking on water. Their system also created a flood in the back of my yard that I need them to look into and tell me what is this about. The work was absolutely terrible. they did not solve any of my problems. They just took my money and hid from me until this day. They still will not call me back. I am very dissapointed and, I feel like I have been robbed. They tried to get me to leave a review before was even started. I am happy I did not do that. I hope that this issue is resolved at some point.

I'm a Realtor that has used Corey with Acculevel multiple times for inspection items that come up. Corey has been great to work with. He response time is appreciated for estimates when negotiating with clients. Their team has done great work and my clients have always been happy with their service.

Greg came out for the estimate, If I anything gets done I would call them first. he I was unable to get it done due to me having to get new windows first. However I will be reaching back out when i am able to get it done. Really nice guy on time, clear communication. knowledgeable he definitely knew his business!!!!!

In drilling holes in our laundry room floor they drilled two holes in a hot water pipe. The repair work and expense related to this was greater than the cost of their work. No verbal or written mention was ever made about identifying the location of water pipes. I assumed (mistakenly) that they were professional enough to either ask me to have this done or be able to do it themselves. Their response to my complaint was to send me a copy of my contract reminding me that they are not responsible for "cosmetic" damage and that complaints must be settled through arbitration.

No upsell, no pressure, just what we asked for. The work was done in a week, and done well. I had a scare after install (it was just a mistake on my part) but their care team offered to have someone out in 48 hours of reporting.

They did good work. But wanted to charged more to fix a pipe that was not buried deep enough

I called Acculevel to (1) level my floor in the front door area; and, (2) raise the floor beam 5' West where my french doors are (25 sq./ft.). The previous company did a good job except in this area. Acculevel sent an advisor that said I need to replace all leveling beams & columns in the basement with their steel beams ($$) and columns and the house would last forever. I came home from work to find 3 workers that spoke very broken english and NO SUPERVISOR. They showed me what they did and it was a horror show. instead of lowering the front floor, they raised it by 1". Then the rest of the house was also raise, causing all my door to be jammed and all walls cracked. I told him to fix the doors and the worker said I need to call a carpenter because the basement beams are "level". They made somewhat of an effort to relieve pressure on the doors so they would open, but they're cracked and uneven. It was 7pm and they said they were leaving. After they left, I realized they had taken 16 of my columns and wood beams with them. These were expensive columns and over 120' of 4x6" beams that were only a year old. Hindsight being 20-20, they NEVER should have touched any of my floors except for the front floor by the door that needed adjusted. They get you for your money ($17k) by saying they must do your WHOLE basement with their steel beams and columns to make it right. I didn't know I needed to hire an expert of my own to deal with the company that's supposed to specialize in this field. I texted my advisor and sent him pictures. He said they would get it fixed. The next day, the advisor said they could make it back in 3 weeks!!!! Meanwhile, my house is a disaster. I asked for Acculevel to send someone out to look at the damage caused and he said he "might" be able to someone from "service & warranty" out, but can't guarantee it. The advisor did say they would try to make it right, 3 weeks from now to the best of their ability. The only reason I'm writing this review is because when I try to reach out to him or a manager, I get no response. They all work from home via a tablet. More to some via other platforms if this doesn't get corrected. I will keep you up-to-date. Hope this issue gets resolved (house and my money)

Aaron K came out and gave us multiple choices. He helped us make the best decision and let us know about the veterans discount. He is a 5 star guy. The men that came and did the labor were so hard working and fast. We are very pleased. Thank you Acculevel 5 Stars

Installation started on time and completed in a timely manner. Technicians worked efficiently and continuously until completion.

John, our sales man was great to work with. The guys who did the work were polite and did a great job. Nolan was the head guy and I canâ t remember his helperâ s name. We are very pleased.

Very professional

I just had my 3rd adjustment for my crawlspace supports that were installed in 2022. Everett was here for the second time and was friendly and thorough as everyone has been. The follow up for this project has been consistent all the way from the one who answers the phone to the technician who crawls under my house. Highly recommend this group.

Did not lift the foundation as expected.

I had some concerns after the work was finished, and when I attempted to contact a representative from this company, I had to leave several messages before I got a call back -- and that only came after I threatened to take legal action. I have had additional foundation issues since then, but I have done business with another company. I would not work with AccuLevel again simply because it appears that after they have your money, you do not matter. The company I engaged after AccuLevel could teach these guys a thing or three abut customer service.

The company responded quickly to my request for help in solving my water infiltration issue in my basement. The solution was explained clearly and a reasonable estimate was given. A date for the work was scheduled and the workers performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I have confidence that I won't experience any problems in the future. Mike G.

They quoted basement waterproofing and the work they would do to that effect. Mastic application was integral to the job quality, and The singular reason they got the job. Other vendors stated hey could not do this; but ACCULEVEL assured me on multiple occasions that this would not be an issue for them. They received the job and deposit accordingly. They made me remove my back deck, antennae, and then busted out existing concrete to take one pass with an excavator to then admit they could not actually do they work that they had promised on multiple occasions. This could have been determined without issue by starting on the other side of the house, instead they wanted to commit me further. I was offered no compensation or knock down on price until I told them not to come back the next since they could not do the scope of work they had previously stated. Despite being told to not send anyone back out, the workers showed back up and continued to do subpar work. Trash was left in the drainage trench which I as the homeowner had to remove. They did not even block in a section of foundation that they had quoted, instead stretching a vapor barrier over that and leaving that holding back all the dirt up to the grade. When pressed for permits, they claimed they did not know anything about that. They caused damage to a water pipe in the digging process too, but did not want to fix it right because that would get the city involved. They were supposed to replace deck posts and fence posts as well, but now I am left high and dry. They also left the antennae for me to deal with. When pressed for follow up on these existing issues, I was sent an automated payment reminder. I will be filing legal action against them, and I no longer believe for a second that these 5-star reviews are anything other than bots or paid comments. I have photos that corroborate my position from every point and will attach those if able to as well.

Hired them in February and havenâ  t heard from them sinceâ ¦well once. I have called multiple times with my last call asking for a refund and still no response. I would not recommend at all.

They didnâ t try to oversell me like many of the other companies. They were honest about the solution. They were professional, on time, had great communication, did a great job in a timely manner!

I was satisfied with the work but they left 1/4 inch of mud, gravel and water on the basement floor.. The workers had shut off the water to the pump I had to get a well service and was charged $50 for the service call. I had to hire someone to clean up as my house is currently for sell, $400 more. They installed the sump pump to far away from the power receptacle and I have to use a extension cord. All of these were reported issues were reported to Jason.

The techs did a great job, and once I alerted them to my flower beds directly in front of the porch to be lifted, were very careful not to damage my emerging hostas. I'd definitely recommend Acculevel and already have to my sister for her patio/parking spot.

It's going great so far

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and pain free. I was very impressed with Josh Gilley, my project manager. He knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my water draining issue. I was also very impressed with the two workers Josh's company sent out to do the work. They too were professionals and did an awesome job. I'm very happy the way it all turned out. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to any and all. The price was also very competitive and fair. Much thanks guys. If I ever need any other work done to my home I will definitely be calling you all.
