Accu Tech Appliance Repair Service

Jesus is honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has been out to our home for several appliance repairs in the past few years. When we request a service call he reaches us back immediately. Just this week he worked on our washer which we purchased in March 2018. He arrived when he informed us as he always does. As frustrated as I am to need a repair I know when he arrives our problem is solved. I have always had a pleasant experience with Jesus and we highly recommend him.

Our dryer was just humming when we tried to start it. Jesus was prompt, professional and had a great sense of humor. Something had gotten into the blower housing and jammed the motor, so the repair was simple and fast.

Our Kitchen Aid dishwasher was making a very loud noise and Jesus knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. Very professional, honest, and personable. We're definitely keeping his card! I highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Jesus. I booked an appointment for him to come and fix my refrigerator 3 days in advance. The day of the appointment he did not show up. I called to find out his status and he got very nasty and told me he wouldn't be able to come at all and I should make an appointment with someone else. I waited 3 days for this appointment as was unable to find someone else to come for another 3 days. I have never had such an unreliable experience with a repair person. If I could give him less than 0 stars I would.

My suggestion to customers who are having a problem with their old appliances is to just buy a new one. Do not expect any miracles that he will come and fix the problem for cheap. Appliance parts are expensive. Jesus did diagnose my cooktop problem and the parts and labor came out to be $854.55. For me, it is not worth it to fix and he will not guarantee my repair. He will charge you $95 plus tax, which he clearly mentions when you call.

Jesus is very diligent and professional. He goes out of his way to do the right thing.

Jesus called promptly to schedule service call. He credited the fee for the service call ($85) if the repair was scheduled. He had to order part for the washer and returned for second visit as promised and on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. What else would you want? Highly recommend.

Jesus was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator right away. He installed the new starter and cleaned out the vents in less than an hour. Refrigerator works great. Highly recommend him.

Jesús was a clear professional as he set up to diagnose my washing machine problem. Turns out to be a plumbing related issue and he was gracious enough to leave me his cart to hold my machine up for a day while I personally was working the issue.

Prompt and courteous. I called in the evening and he was able to schedule a service call to fix our clothes dryer the following afternoon. He had the part on his truck, repaired the dryer quickly and for a fair price. A real pro. Definitely would use again for any other appliance repairs.
