Jesus is honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has been out to our home for several appliance repairs in the past few years. When we request a service call he reaches us back immediately. Just this week he worked on our washer which we purchased in March 2018. He arrived when he informed us as he always does. As frustrated as I am to need a repair I know when he arrives our problem is solved. I have always had a pleasant experience with Jesus and we highly recommend him.

Our dryer was just humming when we tried to start it. Jesus was prompt, professional and had a great sense of humor. Something had gotten into the blower housing and jammed the motor, so the repair was simple and fast.

Our Kitchen Aid dishwasher was making a very loud noise and Jesus knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. Very professional, honest, and personable. We're definitely keeping his card! I highly recommend.

He gave us an excellent evaluation of our problem and the information we needed to make an informed decision. I had a terrible experience with Jesus. I booked an appointment for him to come and fix my refrigerator 3 days in advance. The day of the appointment he did not show up. I called to find out his status and he got very nasty and told me he wouldn't be able to come at all and I should make an appointment with someone else. I waited 3 days for this appointment as was unable to find someone else to come for another 3 days. I have never had such an unreliable experience with a repair person. If I could give him less than 0 stars I would.

This is the perfect example of a customer that is impossible to please. I made every effort to accommodate customer, and after all attempts the more irate she became; therefore I suggested she call someone else. Todays internet instant gratification CAN NOT apply to what is only humanly possible.

My suggestion to customers who are having a problem with their old appliances is to just buy a new one. Do not expect any miracles that he will come and fix the problem for cheap. Appliance parts are expensive. Jesus did diagnose my cooktop problem and the parts and labor came out to be $854.55. For me, it is not worth it to fix and he will not guarantee my repair. He will charge you $95 plus tax, which he clearly mentions when you call.

Customer has a high end Viking range. I have no control on the price of parts. I can only diagnose and give customer the option of wether or not to have repairs done.
