The work was done quickly and good. The bad is the cost was very high. The price was high causing the rating for me to go down.

I had an emergrncy and this was the only company I could find who was available the same day. They resolved the issue and did a tune up while they were there at no cost beyond the emergency service fee. They showed up within the time window indicated. The area for improvement would just be on price. The service fee was about double that of what a different company quoted, HOWEVRr, the other fee may have not been their emergency rate.

Like the previous comments before, Brad was above and beyond expectations. Very personable and easy to speak to, with great recommendations. Would highly suggest if you need any AC/Furnace related issues.

Brad was an amazing young man. If you have a problem with your air conditioning unit or for any matter that he can work in I would not recommend but say you must hire this technician. Brad was so courteous and professional from the moment I met him. My wife was so happy that Brad took off his boots and he was always conscious of his personal cleanliness throughout our home. Brad was amazingly throughout the repair process and he did not try to sell me parts I didnâ t need and in fact it was the opposite, he got my air conditioner working and I had another company come here for a quote and they told me that my air conditioner needed to be be replaced and could not be fixed which was going to cost me over $5,000. For a 4 ton unit. Brad repaired it for under 1,000. In parts and labor and itâ s working perfect. Just by his character and professionalism I highly recommend him and this company as the only company I would work with. Iâ m in my Sixties and have had many companies over the years but no one as good as Brad and the service that Accutemp provides They are the best, period! Joe

Very conscientious service rep. With COVID-19 I was a little concerned but he took every effort to follow an appropriate protocol and reviewed all of his work with me over the phone from outside my house. It was very well done. I would hire them again

My son discovered our AC unit in the basement was leaking water late Friday. After determining the unit was just out of warranty, I contacted the company and was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member, Amber. She got my “emergency repair” scheduled promptly! Within a couple of hours, Brad was at the house to diagnose and fix the unit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and thorough. He quickly determined the cause of the leak and got it remedied! He completed a review of the entire AC system and made suggestions to help with some cooling concerns I had. He found other items that could use replacing, but was not pushy like some techs from other companies I have experienced. He only informed me of the issues and how they could potentially impact the system. He let “me choose” if I wanted the repair or not. Breath of fresh air!!! Cost of the repairs was very affordable and lower than expected being an “emergency repair”!!! Brad also provided education on how to properly keep the system working at its best. I will definitely recommend AccuTemp Heating & Air to friends and family and use them again in the future!!!

The serviceman replaced our furnace and upgraded the fan size. Our house feels warm throughout the whole house. First time this ever happened--been here 37 years! Great job!

I had no heat from a fairly new furnace. They came out the day I called and came up with a solution to the problem that was fairly affordable. Very nice serviceman - knowledgeable and reassuring.

Brad did an excellent job. He came to do the estimate and during installation found out he could still use some of the parts and was actually able to run the lines in a better direction. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the job in one afternoon. He was very professional and courteous. He was also able to get us a fair deal on the installation. I would highly recommend him to do the job to anyone.

Furnace is working now they did good!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest nights of the year. After our usual repair company was unable to come out immediately I went to Home Advisor and put in a request. Accutemp contacted me immediately and sent out a technician. Brad arrived with 15-20 minutes of contact, assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. We appreciate his quick response and professionalism. We will call upon Accutemp the next time we need help.
