Reviews
Write a ReviewThe process was very easy from start to finish.
Authentic and clear about what needs to be done and how to do it.
We had Acculevel investigate a region of moist soil in our crawl space and the replacement of some damaged sill plate. Denver Drake was the representative assigned to our project and he was fantastic. He was responsive, informative, and polite. Overall it was a great experience working with Denver and Acculevel.
We met with Greg from Acculevel today to discuss an ongoing water issue in our basement. I requested a free consultation with Acculevel for a basement repair on Tuesday, received a response on Wednesday and met with Greg on Thursday. He was kind, professional, thorough, and easy to work with. We had barely any intention of signing up for services today without discussing further but his ease and non-salesman attitude really provided us with comfort in knowing we were investing with the right company. It's rare to meet a genuine, hard working person in the sales industry but Greg was wonderful and willing to go above and beyond for us. I'm very happy with our experience and anticipate our basement is going to fix up perfectly in the next few weeks. Kudos to Acculevel for their good products, good prices and good investment in employees!
From start to finish (quote to job completion) this was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I chose Acculevel because of their reviews, so I wanted to share my own. Every interaction I had with an employee of this company was fantastic, and the guys who did the work did an incredible job. They were punctual, polite, thorough, and efficient. And they did a wonderful job cleaning up too— it was like they were never here. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs foundation work done.
100% recommend Acculevel. We have a crawl space that had severe sagging. I put in a request on their website and they called me within 30 minutes to an hour. Josh was the inspector and called me the next day and set up a day to come out. Josh took a look around and was very thorough and direct on what needed to be replaced and what would pass inspection. Josh was not pushy at all when it came to my decision to choose what all should be replaced. Josh was able to answer ALL of the questions and worries I had about the process and responded very promptly. Josh even explained what each piece of structure does that needed to be replaced. Josh also responded very quickly if I had questions during the repair. Ricardo was the crew lead for the job and was punctual and kind. He explained what they were doing throughout the day and when something else needed attention, he was thorough on what plan of action should be taken. I can’t express enough how great of a job they did. Acculevel did a fantastic job and if anyone needs foundation work, I highly recommend them.
Acculevel was very responsive and professional. They did a great job, and completed it when they said they would. I would highly recommend them!
Based on an estimate they gave in 2020, Acculevel installed helical piers on the back part of my house after I purchased it. When I got a new job a year and a half later and needed to sell, I discovered that the work they did was not even half of what was actually needed, and that I would have to spend several thousand more to complete the job. In discussions with Acculevel, I was told our guy should have done a more complete inspection and I have been in situations where sellers try and manage the contract in a way to save themselves money. That is probably what happened in this case. That is still no excuse, we should look at the whole house (I took notes during my conversations with them.) Yet I do not know if anyone was ever truly forthcoming with me about what was going on with the previous job and the new estimate of what else was needed and I did not appreciate Freddie attempts to gaslight me while looking at inspection reports. Seven thousand dollars -- which is the discounted price they quoted me only after several hours of back and forth -- is a huge amount of money that I should not have to pay, if only Acculevel had been as honest and transparent as it claimed to be when I purchased the home. I would be skeptical of any estimate they provide.
If they find more cracks in your walls then previously noted they are fair with adjustments. They were very knowledgeable. Had multiple quotes and I was most satisfied with Acculevel .
They showed up on-time and performed the work promised to a satisfactory end. The director of operations was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with regarding this project.
