I called for emergency service on hot day with houseful of company The receptionist was so helpful and Cacy arrived within scheduled time at end of day. Showed and explained the problem, giving me 2 options Got my 24yr old unit up and running promptly. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely the BEST! Comes when he says he will. Does not try to upsell more than what you need. Installs a new heating system within a few days - no waiting 30 days for a new furnace when it is wintery cold. Installs an efficient heater that actually lowers your heating bill. Is pleasant, kind, HONEST, and treats his customers with compassion and care. Absolutely the BEST!

Accuracy heating and cooling was very dependable. The owner, casey, was extremely knowledgeable about his trade. Contrary to that he breaks things down in a simple to understand manner as well as explains why it increases productivity and comfort for the occupants. I would highly recommend accuracy to any person in need of HVAC related work. The pricing was extremely fair (unlike others I called), the time management and punctuality was something that we do not see anymore in this day and age, the professionalism was unparalleled. I will be using accuracy from here on out for all of my hvac issues and upgrades. I feel like part of the family.

Casey was working on a Saturday when the other companies weren't. He came out and had our furnace diagnosed and heat was back on within an hour! He had a great attitude, had no problem with me hovering and trying to learn, even told me about my unit and what to watch out for. The service was relatively inexpensive and top quality. I would highly recommend this company for the quad-city area!
