They came out the very next day to give me an estimate and completed the job the following day. I needed them to replace my dryer duct work. It was 44 years old and ran through the basement ceiling (finished) from the front of the house to the back (about 15 foot run plus additional 8 foot from ceiling to dryer). It was clogged, had rust holes in it, and the previous owner made parts of it out of duct tape. They finished the job within 2 hours, were clean, and reasonable. I can finally dry clothes again and it is so quick. Excellent company - I would definately use them again.

The two gentlemen twho came to my home were professional, polite, answered my questions and concerns thoroughly and with consideration, wore boot covers (booties), explained probable and worst case scenarios very well. I was impressed and would call them again. Was pleasantly surprised with their work.

Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
During the consultation- the installation supervisor was on time, explained everything and has been in contact everyday from start to finish. Installers arrived earlier than scheduled, courteous , cleaned and removed all prev equipment and cardboard boxes. Also completed earlier than the quoted schedule time. VERY, VERY HAPPY!!!!!

Everyone from the office, to the salesman, and the installers were great !! They were very informative, took us through the different products that would work well in our house, and helped us make a very comfortable decision on which unit to purchase. The installers did a WONDERFUL job. They showed up on time and worked hard all day !! This is a team you want in your house to do this kind of work !!!! We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Cory from Accurate Air was very professional. I was able to ask questions as he diagnosed by A/C unit. He was very thorough inspecting everything for the problem. He even cleaned the outside condensor unit and even took apart the unit inside for inspections. I would use Accurate Air again in the future.

Accurate Air provided a maintenance service to my existing heat pump. They gave me a honest mechanical assessment of my 18 year old heat pump. They didn't try to sell me a new one just because it was 18 years old and newer models are more efficient. I loved the honesty and the lack of salesmanship. If I do have to replace my heat pump, I'll definitely go with Accurate Air!

Their motto "Service in hours, not days". Called and asked how much to access what is wrong with A/c. They said $69. THey wanted in advance. Then came out and charged another $51 for a test. Had to then give ticket to his shop for pricing. Recieved call next business day. Had to order parts and would overnight. I called after 6 days. Parts in. Miscommunication at shop. Repair finally done on June 02. Did not hold up. Called June 04. Could not come out until June 09. Wanted to do whole repair again and charge whole amount again. refused. Found out later they should have done more to clean lines first. "SERVICE IN HOURS, NOT DAYS"

Rob the technician who installed an Aprilair 600 humidifier was very knowledgable and expertly installed the humidifier. Upfront and honest explained all the pro's and cons. So far the air in my home is much more tolerable, no more dry eyes and skin. I'm considering making accurate air my call to guys.

They were fast & professional, cleaned up their mess, I think they were in uniform (I like that better that some guy showing up in a ratty Tshirt and Jeans). They didn't cuss or get loud. They were on time. I had one small issue which they followed up on quickly. They called back three time until they got me. They came back out two weeks later for a followup.

My furnace was not working. Turns out it was just the oil switch on the wall. They still said they would have to charge me for making a service call. But, it would have been beneficial for them and me to just forget about the service call since it was just the on/off switch on the wall. I was a liitle upset about it just being the on/off switch. It was a lot of money just to flick a switch...
