Accurate Appraisals by Clay is a locally owned and operated company. As growing up in the business and a son of a real estate broker and real estate appraiser pioneer my personal and extensive knowledge in unique and complex properties ranges not only locally, but to mountain areas as well as semi-rural desert area locales. I have encompassed all the technological advances the business has come to rely upon such as digital photography, smart phone and up to modern computer technology as well as up to date and essential reporting programs such as Wintotal/Total, Aurora, and all necessary MLS and secondary real estate databases required to confidently and competently complete each job at hand with the quality it deserves, and, above all, we want to make sure to develop a lasting relationship with our clients because we know a happy customer means repeat business. Please note: New Mortgages and Refinances require your Lender to order the appraisal.
