Accurate Appraisals, Incorporated, is my company, formed in 1995 (Previously J & S West) to perform residential appraisals. As of June, 2006, I have over 9,000 hours of residential appraisal experience in completing residential, plans and specs, construction draws, rental properties, income homes and vacant land appraisals. I have achieved the title of Certified Residential appraiser, which in Colorado is the 3rd level out of 4 appraiser levels. I service El Paso and Teller counties in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Monument, Widefield, Fountain, Security, Peyton, Falcon, Divide, Woodland Park and Florissant. In addition, I also perform appraisals in the counties of Monte Vista, Alamosa and Rio Grande County, including the Cities of South Fork and Del Norte CO. I founded Accurate Appraisals with the intention of doing appraisals with integrity, completeness and honesty. My clients tell me my customer service and quick turn around time - usually 48 hours or less after the inspection - are the hallmarks of my business. In addition to my corporate experience for 20+ years in telecommunications, I have conventional loan experience with Wells Fargo Home Equity Corporation. I understand the mortgage process and the role of the appraiser in the process.
