John was not well informed and kept on asking same questions.

John came out to our home and did his inspection which I must admit was very thorough however since he came out (over a week ago) we have yet to hear back from him about our results BUT he has called my phone number 3 times asking if he can come out and service our home. He is an elderly man so I hate to even give this review but he charged us $150 for a lab test and if we didnâ t get that lab test I would really like my money back.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Gives you results with zero idea how to interpret or understand them and does not follow up, even though he indicated he would talk through results with me. I reached out multiple times after he serviced my place and he finally responded and suggested I reach out to someone else to interpret the results. The day of the inspection he came for an hour and spent 50 of those minutes aimlessly walking around my place and talking instead of doing work, then he charges $150 for labor for 5-10 mins of actual work. Leading up to this he had called after hours to reschedule multiple times and even asked me a few times what my appointment time was (yes he called me to ask what time my appointment with him was). Took other client calls on speaker phone in the middle of conversations with me when he was in my unit. He would inspect the bathroom, go to another room, then walk back past the same bathroom and ask me if he had inspected that one yet. The list goes on and on. I have zero confidence in his work and it was a complete waste of $270. I will have to call another service to come out and test again. If you are considering using this service, I beg you to use someone else. Honestly, an at home test from Home Depot would probably be better. Do not use this service and save your money.

not professional enough

John is very friendly but I think he should hire out a team to help him and update his equipment. He made it sound like heâ d have equipment to test the walls for mold within them, but he only tested the air. Then to receive lab results we canâ t really understand what to do with, along with 0 follow up from him to go over it. I regret spending my last penny on this service.

John thoroughly searched the house for signs of mold and determined a couple of sources of moisture getting into the house. He recommended ways to fix the issues, took his sample and we received results from the lab in under 24 hours. John is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he is doing!

Not what I was looking for. I wanted to know where the mold was and how to get rid of it. The test just told me that there was mold!

Probably not good to publish this review. He is personable but too chatty. I wanted an assessment as to the possibility of mold in the living and bedroom and attic. He did not test the walls or the attic. I am not pleased with this service. He is overly friendly and wastes time talking. He actually sat on my bed! Not professional at all.

John went beyond mold testing and made suggestions on how to eliminate the odor. My nose thanks him!

You will get a great experience of being very professional accurate and above and beyond the Call of Duty and information timeliness I cannot express how professional they are

Forgot time of appointment twice. Talked about personal stuff too much. Did not remember who I was 2 days later when results came back in.

I needed a mold inspection. He took samples then went into a sales pitch for air cleaners. The samples did not show mold even though it can be smelled in the air. His measurement equipment is expensive homeowner grade not what I was expecting to see being used.

John is really great to work with and madness sure to answer any questions thrown his way.

A clear explanation was given before the assessment was done concerning the process and an estimate prior to the job. The report was very informative. John took the time to make sure that we understood it and knew what was needed to resolve our situation.
