James was very helpful - clear on what needed to be done, as well as offering different options for future work on my problem. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly, arrived when planned, and finished the job efficiently. He charged me exactly what he estimated. I highly recommend him for any concrete foundation work. He fixed a leak in my basement wall, which has held very nicely, despite several significant, sustained downpours since the repair was completed.

James was the only person who told me exactly what he was going to do. It is a lot of money. I wanted to know what someone was going to do for this money. Others just gave me an amount they would charge. One person told me, "But we talked about -------- and got along so well. . . ." This is true. We chatted a lot about mutual topics of interest. Very nice man, but did not tell me what he was going to do in detail like James did.

We Hired Accurate Concrete LLC to repair a small crack in our foundation that started to collect moisture. James was very quick to respond and come over to give me a quote and complete breakdown of what the repair would entail. He made sure we understood exactly what was going to happen and had the repair made the next day. We also hired James and Accurate Concrete to pour a patio a the rear of my home. Again, straight forward, no nonsense quote and a job very well done! I'd recommend Accurate Concrete every day of the week!
