Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Accurate Cooling and Heating Systems was by far and away the most technically knowledgeable at a level one might expect from a mechanical engineer with an advanced degree in HVAC systems design. Yes, that good! Also, the Accurate bid was the most economical and included all electrical work something not 100% included in other bids. Value was without equal. Ed La Bella is an extraordinary HVAC professional.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ed La Bella is a very EXPERIENCED professional, understood what was needed with our system, what was wrong with original install 20 years ago, how to improve it - WITHOUT GOING OVERBOARD! Net Effect: we have MUCH improved air flow, MUCH improved cooling, and Im hopeful for improved heating in our "trouble" room, but winter will tell. And we already have discussed a simple and relatively inexpensive next step for heat issue if it is needed!

Reliable, thorough and very professional service. I am not one that normally rates service or takes the time to fill out these kinds of surveys but these guys absolutely 110% deserve it. I have already passed along Accurate Heating & Cooling System's (Ed LaBella�s) information to my family and two of my friends. Definitely a number that you want to keep handy should you ever need your AC serviced or repaired.

In general, we were very pleased with our installation of the system. It is now up and running, and it is very efficient. Our reason for not giving the company the full 5 star rating is the difficulty in scheduling all the elements of the installation. We love the new system!

The system was installed but I am still waiting for response to several calls and emails. The system was installed over my sewer trap and needed to be moved. After almost a year not responding to my requests to move the unit, he set up a time and then disappeared. Haven't heard from him since one way or the other. I had to hire another contractor to fix his mistake. Also, he promised to follow up with service yearly for a fee and never fullfilled that promise. Would definitely not recommend this company or Ed LaBella to anyone. If i could give NO stars I would.

"We installed the system exactly where Carol instructed us to do so. We wrer called to the store for a service call and were never paid for the service. When we learned of the original problem we explained we would move the sytem for a moderate fee, this was not acceptable to Carol, so we never continued. It was an unfortunate experience for both of us. But we appreciate the rating, even though we disagree with it. Ed La Bella"
