Dave is really great and really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

When I received the quote from them, I was quoted one price, and when they came to do the job, my wife was told a different, much higher price ($245.00 difference). Once I contacted Dave, he told me that the person out there must have gone by the old price sheet, but that he would honor the price that he had quoted me. Once the financials was cleared up, they did a really good job cleaning the vents and I am happy with the end result. I would use the service again, but I would be sure to be very clear about pricing before they do the job.

I may have accidentally sent in a rating for the wrong guys. If you received a previous, less positive rating from me, please disregard. That was for the guys who installed my filtration system. They did a terrible job. The guys who cleaned our vents did a very good job, though I had to wash the vent covers b/c water was off. Would have like a call regarding water so that I could have just turned it on.
