We only send you the best service technicians, as all of our technicians are state certified, licensed, background checked, and randomly drug tested. We educate our clients on their home systems and provide options that allow them to make the best decisions. We use Up-Front pricing on all our work. That means there are no surprises and you know EXACTLY what it will cost before any work is started. "Martin, I am sorry we had to postpone your appointment. Service work is a difficult thing to schedule exactly as we do not know what we're getting into until we evaluate each client's situation. That is why we specifically give general time frames and update you about your technicians progress throughout the day. That way you can go about your business and not sit around waiting. With regard to the quote; we don't have any control over what HA quotes. In fact we don't quote anything without looking at it. It's just a guess a best. Every situation is different. When we get our eyes on the job we give clients a Flat Rate investment that won't change even if it takes us twice as long as we think it would. Sorry that the HA system set some unreasonable expectations. Jeff - Owner."
