I chose to work in this industry because I became an electrician in 1989 so that I could provide for my family as it grew. In 2005, I saw an unfortunate lack of integrity in electrical contracting, and I founded Accurate to provide homeowners a trustworthy, honest alternative. .

The technician did a great job installing my new bathroom fans. I didn't give full marks because I had to reschedule with this company twice. They did make it right on the third attempt but I spent 8 hours the first two times waiting only to have them say the needed to reschedule. I understand that sometimes things happen, but I can't say the experience was stellar overall.

Both Joe and Eddie electricians were very prompt and did a great job fixing my electrical problems. I would recomend both of them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

I received a quote from Home Advisor for $300, They scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, they called me throughout the day saying there is a delay, finally, they called to let me know that they need to reschedule for another day. They showed up, reviewed the work I wanted to be done, he gave me a quote for $950. I said what about the price from Home Advisors online, he said *I do not know anything about that*.

Service work is a difficult thing to schedule exactly as we do not know what we're getting into until we evaluate each client's situation. That is why we specifically give general time frames and update you about your technicians progress throughout the day. That way you can go about your business and not sit around waiting. With regard to the quote; we don't have any control over what HA quotes. In fact we don't quote anything without looking at it. It's just a guess a best. Every situation is different. When we get our eyes on the job we give clients a Flat Rate investment that won't change even if it takes us twice as long as we think it would. Sorry that the HA system set some unreasonable expectations. Jeff - Owner.

They beat the price of another bid I had already gotten, and did the work right then and there! Joe solved the problem I was having that the other company was going to charge me to trouble shoot and did not charge extra. It was such a relief to get the work done so I didn't have to worry about a short causing a fire. Joe was very professional and knew his business, but was friendly and considerate of safe health protocols.
