Josh responded within the day for both of two service calls. The second call resulted in the replaced garage door opener. He got the new opener and installed it the next day, hauling away the old one, installing a new outside keypad, and setting up the code. He always called if he was running late. Professional, experienced, responsive.

Ask for a quote around 9pm Thursday night. Got a call less than 30 mins from Josh the owner. He was at my place the following morning and finished replacing the opener in less than 2 hours. I bought the opener from him and it was those myQ ones which is great. Gave me a good quote and he stuck to it. No nonsense transaction. Will do business with him again.

Never in my life have I dealt with a worse business over. He literally laughed at me, was demeaning and degrading. He tried to make me feel dumb and then stood us up after we waited hours for him telling us he was on his way. ALSO, I found out from another company that what this man did to fix our garage was incorrect and it ended up costing us way more money in the long run. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend it.

I had a garage door opener system replaced. I purchased the equipment on line, and the installer came the day after the box of parts arrived at my home. Josh worked quickly and efficiently. The job was done in about 90 minutes. He took away the old motor and parts and cleaned up the garage floor. I'm very satisfied.

Very no nonsense guy, said what he was going to do, then did it with excellence. He was very knowledgeable and gave good information. Very prompt with his service and his followup.

I had them install a new garage door opener. He was able to come out the next day and had it all up and programmed within an hour. I'd highly recommend, he even hauled the old opener and box away.

This gentlemen contacted me after receiving the lead from home advisor, first thing he did was complain it cost him 20.00 to get the lead. He asked for an appointment between 9 - 11am next day which I agreed to. He phoned me at the last minute to explain he was running late and would arrive after noon. upon arrival he parked in my driveway without permission and proceeded to enter my garage without my knowledge, when I joined him, he stated wd-40 would help or he could change the track for 200.00 which I declined, he gave my pulleys and springs 4 sprays of lubricant and charged me 25.00 for the service call, he then added his sticker to my garage wall without my permission which I removed immediately, I found him unprofessional and rude and will not use this service again.

It was amazing experience. I needed the repair of my garage which couldn't open while my car is inside. I called them, they responded quickly and the repair was done right away. I am glad I called them, and will call them in the future if i need their service. I already recommended them to my sister who had garage problem.
