The installation process was very professional. Richard did an evaluation and explained the benefits we could expect from the install. He made other recommendations for our house but was not pushy. His work has delivered the results he projected and more than met our expectations. My only concern was that his arrival was substantially delayed by a non-work related issue and he neglected to call; though he did apologize upon arrival. I have recommended this service to friends.
