Awesome customer service and was more than willing to talk about any questions I had along with advice. Bill was extremely nice and performed duties as requested. This is an extreme nit-pick but it is the only advice I can give to improve, I pull some siding away to give him access to underneath my manufactured home, and it was not put back before leaving.

Bill Mannino was thorough in his work. He was straight forward in his findings and was an excellent communicator. We felt valued as a customer and highly recommend Bill. He found many issues that we are going to fix before putting our house up for sale. The report was thorough and had pictures to help identify what had to be done to fix the problems.
