Accurate Home Inspections NW Corporation

Prompt service and extremely knowledgeable.

Mr. Walsten did an inspection for us of a condo we are considering buying. He provided a very thorough and understandable report. While none of the items were not so serious as to cause us to back out of the purchase, they provide a very helpful list of things to be aware of during ongoing maintenance of the unit.

Mark was very professional and he provided the full report just a few hours after inspection! He explained everything in detail. I would recommend him to anyone.

very knowledgeable when looking at the house and picking out whats right and whats wrong and what to do about it.

Mark was quick and detailed. He explained things in terms that I could understand and was direct about what might be a problem down the road and what not. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mark Walsten was very responsive and spent time with me on the phone after the inspection to answer any questions I had.

Very detailed and thorough.

very thorough

Great experience ! Quick response , very informative, quick to get appointment and report . Would highly Recommend

The inspector was friendly and easy to talk to. This inspector relies very heavily on computer program boilerpate but adds very little insight. He took lots of pictures which is nice. His report lacked perspective and offered little in the way of relevant detail to issues raised. Here is just one of several examples: The inspector's CYA (cover his rear) boilerplate highlighted the issue of tree branches near the house. This was worth mentioning as a feature of this property is its many trees. However, despite the dire warnings about the possibility of tree branches causing damage, the inspector failed to report that NO tree branches touch the house or any of the outbuildings and that there were no signs of any such damage.

EXCELLENT DETAIL ORIENTED

Very professional and delivered a report far beyond what I expected. Photos were in color, he was there before the scheduled time, and I would recommend him highly.

They did a great job!

Mark was on time, personable, thorough and answered all my questions. Clear explanations of what was found.

None

Needed the inspection done ASAP. It was done and a report was emailed to me within 48hours; complete with photos of the areas that needed to be addressed. A quality, professional job done at a very reasonable price!

Mark was great! I've advised him that I needed the report as soon as possible, as I was leaving for vacation and he delivered. I got my report the same day and was able to go on vacation without worry. Highly recommended!

Very thorough and professional. He took his time and provided a very detailed home inspection report.
