He was accurate, friendly and thorough. Was able to help us out quickly on our schedule.

I accompanied Mr. Manns and his associate on the inspection of my home. I felt as though he did a quality and detailed inspection and was generally helpful in answering the questions I had. I did find the report to be somewhat substandard, but this was not an issue since I had been on the inspection. Overall, I would recommend Mr. Manns and felt he offered good value for his work.

I would not recommend Accurate Home Inspections. I did get a very competitive quote from them. They had turned the dishwasher on to check if the appliance was working correctly. When I opened the dishwasher it will filled with water and mold. The inspection report said the dishwasher was working fine. I had to immediately go and buy a new dishwasher as we were moving in the next day. Also the inspection report the a/c unit was working fine, the compressor is broken and now I have to get a new one. I saved a few bucks on getting them to do the inspection but ended up spending much more as the report was not accurate.

jack and mac were very professional. they came to the house on a very short notice. they were curtious and professiona. i would recomend them to anyone looking for a home. i also used them to do an inspection after i had some low flow toilets replaced. They came that same day. I had been waiting 3 days to hear from public water and they hadnot responded yet. I was waiting to set an apointment for an inspector to check my toilets. Jack and Mac came and spent about 3 hours and thoroughly checked each and everything in the house, including electrical, kitchen, bathroom,garage,roof, pillars,doors,roof,AC unit,floor,deck, and plumbing. They took pictures of everything and sent us detail list of things that need to be fixed by the seller. They provided excellent service for very reasonable price. I am inviting them for house warming party...

They were flexible and willing to work within my schedule. The inspection took about 2 hours and I did wonder if they checked everything being that the home was nearly 5000 sq ft. When I received the report, it seemed to be comprehensive, so overall I think they did a good job.

He quoted me $299 because it didn't matter the size of the house since this went through Service Magic. When he did the inspection, he charged me $459 and said the coupon was rolled into his final price.

They were very nice and really flexible with scheduling. We didn't buy the house they inspected for us because they found a lot of water damage we weren't aware of. Thanks to them we were able to get out of the contract and didn't buy a lemon.

There were two inspectors and they were very thorough and courteous. They looked into areas I never would have expected. They also gave recommendations for maintaining the home. I am completely satisfied. This home was built in the 80s and for the overall view they paid attention to every detail. The pictures they took were also very clear. I would recommend them to others.
