We needed to replace the water heater thermocouple which costs $7 in a store two blocks away from us. Very simple basic job for a pro. The guy who came to do that was acting unprofessional. First thing first he teared up the coat on the heater just to see what a year it was installed and told us that we need a new one. Then he took out the thermocouple and said that he doesn't have any for replacement and took off. After awhile he came back with a new one, which as he told us himself he bought 2 blocks away. It took him about an hour to install it, which takes a few minutes for a pro, we had done that before. He was constantly walking slowly back and force to his truck getting some other tool or without any reason... After all he charged us $150 and left. I was fixing the coat on the heater after that. Just awful.

Accurate Plumbing responded within the same morning that I called and sent someone to repair a leaky pipe within an hour. I was very dismayed at how costly it was for 1.5 hours of work with minimal parts required. They charged $350, plus a surcharge for gas, when gas prices are relatively low and have been for over 2 years. Next time I will get multiple quotes, since I believe that they are on the high end.

Appointment accommodated my schedule, Tom called before arriving on time, very friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterward. Will hire again.

I was in a time crunch as I needed to go out of town so I needed someone immediately. I called and they came within about an hour. They worked hard and got the job done well and quickly! I highly recommend them and will use again if I have a need.

Installer was courteous and professional. Installed the new toilet, used the proper caulking at the floor (and pointed out the previous incorrect type calking) and even hauled away the old toilet. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Services to a friend.

Showed up as planned. He called in advance so I could get home to meet him. Was diligent in locating the clean out drain (it was buried under 6 inches of dirt). Got his equipment and was done in 30 minutes. Cleaned up the area. Very pleased

There ditch and pipe work was fast and well done, a little over kill on the glue and primer. But overall they fit me in as fast as they could and did a great job. If I needed work again they will be called first.

I would highly recommend Accurate Plumbing. I got a call to schedule an appt within 10 minutes of going through Home Advisor and Rick was here first thing in the morning. He checked everything to determine why I had run out of hot water and quickly solved the problem. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Charged an awful lot to do very little.

I called them to get a quote and they sent a Garey out the same day to look at my water heater and give me a FREE quote! Most services were charging $90 just to take a look. Garey was very professional and nice! He explained everything that needed to be done. Once we hired them, they stay right on quote, did a great job, and finished in one hour! Would use them again!
