Alan arrived and promptly determined what was causing my fireplace malfunction and fixed the problem quickly. Alan was very knowledgeable about the fireplace. I highly recommend this company.

Dave and the company's apprentice, Josh, were terrific! Truly professionals. Dave was excellent in explaining how our insert functioned, he found the problem and explained how we could order the offending part and install it ourselves, thus saving us money. They were on time (even early after calling me to see if that worked) and a pleasure to have working in our house. Highly recommend this firm and we will definitely use them in the future if we have problems with our fireplaces.
