Accurate painting did excellent, high quality work for a reasonable price. It took a little longer to get our job done because of how busy they were, but they still were willing to fit us in and even put in overtime to make sure our job was finished as soon as they could. They also insured that all of the work was up to their exacting standards and kept my house as clean and dust free as possible during the work. I didn't think that the area of my house that they repaired could look as good as it does now!

Being in a hurry to get my check cashed at his bank for his payroll that week, neither one of us paid attention to the correct dollar amount. The way the invoice was written up, it had 2 different totals: 1) to paint the pillars on my front porch and 2) to wrap the pillars in aluminum. When writing the check, I wrote it for both paints and wrap. This was a $500 overpayment. The check was written on 11/10. Tom agreed with me the following week that it was incorrect. But now he will not answer my calls or texts to pay me back the $500.

"I believe that we have contacted Linda. I had explained I was having a small surgery procedure and if she could give me some time( about a week or so) and we will get the funds back to her. During the following week. Linda had repeatedly called. There was no reason for calling when we had made a agreement that I would call her when I heal and start moving around."

We were very impressed with Tom and his crew. Tom acted quickly on getting us a bid, that was a priority being mid November for outside work. The fence and deck look great. They were careful about overspray and cleanup. I would not hesitate to use Accurate Painting again. They have our recommendation.

Tom and Amanda were great. Super friendly, they did excellent work and went above and beyond what was asked. Just took a little longer than originally anticipated, I think they just had too much on their plate. But by the time it was finished it all looked great!
