Steve, the owner, is everything a customer could possibly want in satisfaction...BEYOND satisfaction!!! He s great to deal with... accommodating, professional, attentive, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair in his fees, as well as excellent at his service!!!!! I just recently moved here from Phoenix AZ and believe me, I know something about house pests & pest control service. I would recommend Steve to anybody ... EVERYBODY!! ... and I will! It s a shame all service providers aren t like Steve...he should be a model of what ALL service providers SHOULD BE! As stated, I m a very satisfied customer....EXTREMELY! And will remain so... Steve is great! He worked with my schedule and came over the next day. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. He even made sure my dogs would be safe after he left. On top of all that, he charged me less than half of what the other guys wanted.

I cannot speak high enough of the professionalism and speed of service. Steve contacted us within minutes of us looking at Home advisory for taking care of our bed bugs. We followed his outline on what we needed to do to prepare for him to treat our home. So far, it's been over 2 weeks, we have not seen any signs of the return of any bugs. It takes both parties to get rid of the bugs and I feel confident that, with Steve's direction and his service, the bugs are gone.
