Accurate property services FAR exceeded expectations. They were not only fast, easy to contact and thorough but they were extremely supportive through a tough and very stressful and emotional time for my family. Even after their job was done they helped me through deciding what to dispose of and ways to ensure I didn't re-contaminate my new home. Company did not explain upfront that they expected 1/2 of payment for services contracted before services were performed. That was not a good thing.
Response from Company:
Down payment is required for materials that are put on site no payment is required until work is started.

Mr. Dawe was completely honest and upfront in telling me that I could take care of my mold problem and that I didn't need to hire his company and spend money unnecessarily. That kind of honesty will lead me to hire Mr. Dawe's for any upcoming home-related issues.

I have never seen such honest, dedicated people.They help you with everything. For common sense this company is the way to go. They told me information I needed to know to get where I needed to go. They explained all avenues of finance for this project.
