We ordered a replacement pump for my dad's jetted bathtub. This company provided a competitive price for the part, and worked with us to replace the part when we found it to be defective (not their fault). I must say that Matt is an incrediable person. I was in a bind because my hot tub had issues the day before I was leaving for Mexico on a business trip. The temperature was supposed to drop below freezing while I was going to be in Mexico. Matt not only took care of this on very short notice, but he also got my hot tub up and running so that I didnt have to worry while I was in Mexico. I could just focus on my job while I was down there and that was such a relief. Thank you Matt and Accurate Spa and Pump for a job well done. :)

The serviceman was very professinal and honest. I had a situation where the repair would have cost me a couple hundred dollars, but after i approved the work he noticed that a wire had burned out, he replaced the wire and the hot tub came on . Job Done. i have already recommended him to co workers
