This company was easy to deal with and they provided a service that was required. The quality of work, I was not there, so I have no idea. Customer service was good. The money part was confusing, the huge gap between the "regular price," and the fee I was charged was concerning and is not the best way to show the, "value" of a service. Honestly, it's concerning to me that FEMA is able to require flood insurance in a desert valley. Then the insurance companies require a elevation certificate. To me this was a unnecessary and expensive requirement by the federal government and the insurance industry, much like the appraisal is to the lender.
