Accuspect Advanced Home Inspections

I would easily recommend Drew for home inspections. He recently completed a difficult inspection for my wife and me. He found serious issues in a house that looked, to the naked eye, to be in great condition. The first time he came out, we found the gas and water to the house were off, limiting the inspection that could be done. He checked what he could thoroughly, and volunteered to come back when the gas and water were on. The second time he came back, we found utilities were still off. Drew then came back a third time, at no extra charge. Drew found real issues with the house that we would not have found ourselves. Think things like leaks, water dripping through ceilings. And he wasn't afraid to really put himself into it: he was in crawl spaces, into tight spots, and, when we found a tub that wouldn't drain and was starting to leak through the floor, he bucketed water out of the tub himself, for something like twenty minutes, to prevent more serious damage from happening to the house. Drew also was a pleasure to deal with: it was enjoyable running around a house with him and understanding how things worked. I learned a lot from his house inspection.

Buying a house is scary, buying while not knowing what might be wrong with it, is even scarier, finding the inspector who will fail to find all the scary thing is the scariest thing of them all. Drew found them; every single homeowner's little hidden gremlin; Reviewing his amazing report was the most stressful experience of my life. But I felt well informed, equipped and armed up to my teeth with information. Most importantly, he is friendly, sweet and funny and in the midst of all the running around searching for those gremlins he found time for the chatty and pesty 4 year old who followed his every step.

Professional, Friendly, knowledgeable. The report was great and he made great recommendations even though some were not necessarily items that would fail inspection.

Warm and friendly. Technology used to inspect is cool. Was charged extra for termite and radon. I don't mind paying the right price but I wasn't given a heads up that it wasn't included. Very energetic and returned a prompt report. I recommend Drew.

He did a great job you showed me things that basically wouldn't have failed the inspection but things I needed to look at it was definitely above and beyond what he was required to do I would recommend him to anyone.
