Mike was great and prompt. The only thing that struck me a bit odd was that I was quoted $69 for the call plus any parts if needed. He was at my house for about 20 minutes and just had to clear a water line that was clogged in my fridge. When I went to pay him, he said “how about $90”, and I asked if he had to replace any parts and he said no. Then I said “ok, then it’s $69 right, per your phone quote”. He asked if $90 was too much and I said that I just wanted to pay what I was quoted. Fair right? All went well and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend Ace.

had to call since they missed there ETA - but they came right away after that - let them alone and they were quick. 150.00 a little high but probably a usual charge for in house work, parts and labor

They responded quickly. They arrived on time. The refrigerator water and ice maker was restored to working condition. It was a little more than I expected but I thought the value for price was fair.

Turned out the circuit board is no longer working, which causes the washer to skip spin cycle after the wash. Technician suggested we replace the washer. Overall, even though the washer wasn’t fixed, at least we know what the issue is.

Arrived on time and did a safety check on the dryer and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

He arrived early, got right to business, was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Not one to stand around and chat.

Just wanted contractor to be honest! I asked if I needed a repair or new dryer and was promised he could repair it. Still does not work. Just wanted honest answer! I was unhappy with the service but was able to get a refund

On schedule, quick to find the issue on my refrigerator he offered to fixt but after doing the math we decided to buy a new refrigerator. He managed to keep it going for little more time until I get the new one. Fair price.

Next day service. On time. Dishwasher problem solved quickly. Drain pump installed with no mess. Mike had the patience to test the pump through multiple cycles before deeming the job completed. Good work.

They fixed our dryer extremely fast. I really appreciated the quick response time and flexibility to come out and get the job done. They did put their repair sticker on our washing machine, which I wasn't crazy about because we aren't going to be able to get it off easily.

I called to see if they could help with my refrigerator repair and they came out the same day to fix it. Mike showed up right on time and within 2 hours my refrigerator was back to normal. Thank you!
