Mike was great and prompt. The only thing that struck me a bit odd was that I was quoted $69 for the call plus any parts if needed. He was at my house for about 20 minutes and just had to clear a water line that was clogged in my fridge. When I went to pay him, he said “how about $90”, and I asked if he had to replace any parts and he said no. Then I said “ok, then it’s $69 right, per your phone quote”. He asked if $90 was too much and I said that I just wanted to pay what I was quoted. Fair right? All went well and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend Ace.

had to call since they missed there ETA - but they came right away after that - let them alone and they were quick. 150.00 a little high but probably a usual charge for in house work, parts and labor

They responded quickly. They arrived on time. The refrigerator water and ice maker was restored to working condition. It was a little more than I expected but I thought the value for price was fair.

Turned out the circuit board is no longer working, which causes the washer to skip spin cycle after the wash. Technician suggested we replace the washer. Overall, even though the washer wasn’t fixed, at least we know what the issue is.
