Write a ReviewI was contacted almost immediately and they technician showed up the nextday which was a Saturday. Diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. He even had the correct part on his truck.
My Samsung clothes dryer broke and I contacted Ace Appliance. Mo called me promptly and was able to come out that day to look at the dryer. He had to obtain a part, which he did on the next business day, and returned to fix the dryer soon after. Would recommend Ace Appliance.

Ace Appliance Pro arrived at home in less than an hour after submitting request on Angi. Company came prepared with the part and fixed the igniter on the gas stove and was in/out home in less than 15 minutes. Professional and courteous. I would hired again.
They responded right away and came that evening to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator. He immediately identified the issue and came back next day with the required part (freezer had to defrost to change fridge part). Issue was fixed next day and fridge/freezer is working great!

The company got in contact with me and were very detailed. When Moe came over he explained the issue thoroughly and then told me the cost of the part and the labor. Fixed the issue within 2 hours of finding it. I would use them again.

The tech came out and apparently was able to figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher without taking it out of the counter. He showed no evidence on why that needs to be replaced. He didn?t check the outlet that was plugged into. I feel like he missed a lot of steps before coming up with his fix.
