Do not give a cent to these company for anything. They will take your money, mess up your property and then disappear. Consider yourself warned. Canâ t stress the term FRAUDSTERS enough.

Brandon Harley, I have spoken with you several times about you coming back to my mother's house, in Yemassee, SC (Roadside), to clean up the stump grindings you left on her front yard and the six feet pine tree log you left in the ditch in front of her property. Each time, you told me you were going to come back and clean it up, but you never did. It has been over one month and a half since your crew left my mother's property a mess. Now, you are ignoring my voice messages and will not return my calls. I trusted you and paid you before you finished the job, but you took advantage of the situation. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I feel that I have been more than patient with you, and in this situation so I have decided to report this to the Magistrate Office and file a Civil Suit against you and Ace Basin Tree Service. You will be summoned to come to court.

ACE Basin Tree Service was great. Responded immediately, gave me a fine reasonable estimate 2 days later and then the excellent work was completed within the week. Totally cleaned up our yard. Amazing. I highly recommend.

The men did everything I asked them to do except grind the tree stump they cut down for me. Claimed the grinder machine was broken. They said they will be back when it is repaired. We will see. The men were very polite. Hope they come back.

The tree removal crew were great. It was a big job and they got it all done in about 8 hours. The clean up was good and they where timely, courteous, and worked well with my neighbors to get access to their property where the tree hung over their property.
