Luis is amazing!!! I called him about 5:00 AM because I was bit and had found a bed bug .... He arrived the same day about 7:00 AM.... He checked all areas in my house and confirmed I had traces of bed bugs.... I freaked out and was traumatized because this had never happened to me. He was going to treat my home at that moment but I had an engagement to attend to so he came 2 days later when I was able to have him come. He arrived on time, treated the areas of my home that he suggested; once he treated my home, I have not been bitten at all!!! He was thorough, bagged everything that needed bagging, put all furniture back as it was, and best of all NOOOOOO smell of the product that was used. A month later he called to follow up on the work he had done, which I lost track of due to hectic schedule, but he kept his word on coming back a month later and I am all clear and not a trace of any bed bugs. He gets a 20 out of 10 from me and the work he promises and stands by that he does! will recommend him to anyone who may need an exterminator. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Luis!!!
