Everything sounded great in the beginning, he was willing to work with payment plans and work with us to start the job. Once the job started he asked for more money than agreed, pricing was unclear, wanted more than half upfront, the job was 15K, he requested for $10K within the first two days. Now he got upset when we asked for permits, he said he would not need permits to do repairs, We called the town with my sister and they stated permits were needed. Things went left after that. He wanted to back out of the job, take the money I already paid and not do any more work. I put a hold on the money until permits are pulled None of the numbers I have are not working, I have no way to get in contact with him. Because he called private, he said the would come to my house to take down his work and take his equipment. I said If I need to call the cops I would because he does not need to come to my property and destroy it or take anything when the only thing I asked was for permits. He will get his money when everything is done even after the disrespect and unnecessary texts messages. My sister was also involved in all this because she is paying for the job. He was disrespectful and rude to her. On the contract states Payment would be made upon completion of the job"

These guys just finished a project for me yesterday thay installed new gutters and cover all around our property they done a fantastic job
