Easy, professional, and great at communications. Matt is the best! He follows through and keeps you informed during the cleaning process. He is honest and great at explaining what he is finding, if there are issues. He actually held our rugs for a little longer while we were having some renovations done on our house. I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them for future projects.
