Super nice guy. The work was decent. He left all of the garbage from the carpet behind. It was just all laying where he left it he didn't even gather it up. It was really weird. And the carpet is not as tight as I thought it would be.

My carpet stretch and repair job was horrific. I was hoping it would fade out a month later and blend better. My carpet will have to fully be replaced in three rooms after looking at the back job that was done. $500 for 2 hours of work and an awful outcome. My carpet looked better with the seams showing actually. I am sad that I could not add photos.

The gentleman was on time. I didn't have to wait around. And it didn't throw him off that I added an extra room that I didn't realize that needed repair when I first called him. He was courteous and he cleaned up after himself. I've had other contractors that I had to clean up after, but not this company. I would recommend him to anyone needing prompt and professional work done on stretching or repairing their carpet.

I called him to fix squeaking noise of carpet and Vinyl floor. He tried to fix carpet but left without fixing vinyl floor noise.

"Customer was insistent that I put screws through the vinyl bathroom floor to try to eliminate squeaking. This goes against all professional standards. I refused to take these steps even though the customer kept insisting. I walked off the job site even though I had removed noises from the carpeted master bedroom. I did not charge the owner for work already performed. The customer is NOT always right."

Gerry set the appointment a week in advance; arrived 10 minutes early; was very friendly and positive about the work; walked the area that needed repaired; went over the worked needed; firmed up the agreed upon price; help move the required furniture; and completed the entire job (3 large rooms & hall) in just under one hour. In addition, he helped move a large heavy treadmill into another room. I would highly recommend this veteran to others!
