They were quick to respond to the inquiry for stretching my carpet. However, shortly after they left, the carpet in the hall and my bedroom had more waves than before their service. I have been trying to contact them since Jan. 5 (11 days) to resolve the problems. Their phone says party unavailable and they do not respond to emails. I am sorry I have to write a review like this but I paid them $500 and they have not responded to my concerns. I would not recommend this contractor unless there is a justifiable reason why they have not contacted me.

Watch them carefully. My wife says the runner was installed backwards.

"we have been in business for more than 60 years my family has and we've always started a runner from the bottom to the top that's the proper way to install a stair runner or a staircase. we cannot install a runner that way for the top to the bottom as customer wanted. as there would have been issues with it in the future."

The carpet stretching was good as well as the cleaning. It was the damage that was done from the power stretcher...it split part of the baseboard and pushed in the wall which left a big crack in the drywall. I've called the company but they did not return my call. My hand railing was also pulled from the wall, which they did deduct from the bill before they left. They did not report the other damage to us.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. They provided recommendations and limitation information about the work needed and what could be accomplished. Very good overall.

He did not bring the adequate equipment to cut the carpet and ended up cutting carpet in many places he should not have.

"Kimberly McCaman the owner personally came out to repair the carpet where the dog tore it up.He had all the right tools needed for the job and cut the carpet exactly the way it should be and when job was finished you said you were very satisfied with the results.I dont understand why you are saying this now unless its because u asked us to go up in your attic to get the replacement carpet which we do not do.The carpet look great.If there was a problem u should have notified us then."
