Taj didn't offer estimate, "simply" offered price based on square footage of home. Sure I was overcharged and haven't received promised 5 year warranty on work done. This was my first time hiring a contractor and I cannot say that this was a good experience for me.

The gentleman who came to inspect was very knowledgeable and honest. He told us that we did not have a mold problem that needed remediation and suggested a simple and inexpensive way to remove the residue on the walls. He could probably have sold us an expensive program but was honest enough to tell us we didn t need one. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt response to need for mold testing. Honest evaluation and advice on what needed to be done. Did not try to convince us to do more than was necesseary. Very cordial and easy to deal with. Would recommend Ace highly to anyone who needed mold testing.

Tal, the owner, was a good guy who was easy to talk to. He helped me out with a payment plan and fixed the mold pretty quickly. Seemed like a pretty honest guy and that’s a rarity these days.

We hired Ace to run mold tests in my home. The scheduling was very smooth, the test was done quickly and effortlessly. Results were very thorough and emailed to me quickly. Will be reviewing a remediation quote over the next few days to proceed. Everyone from ace was very friendly and follow up well.
