    This company did a great job addressing our issues. The owner, Tal, called promptly after we contacted them, came quickly to assess and explained the recommended approach to resolve. The person who actually did the work was thorough and went over and above to make sure everything was addressed. We would not hesitate to use them again.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
