I hired Ace to repair my roof on an insurance claim I had filed. Robert Pond was in charge and submitted the claim to the insurance company. Little did I know, Robert filed several frivolous claims to my insurance company in order to get more work. The company came out to do the repair and was very rough in the roof. They knocked down several light fixtures under my deck. I fired the company when I found out what had been going on and did the last little fixes myself. Since the repair I have been dealing with water running behind my gutters. About a year ago I had a company install leaf filters on my gutters since the company would realign the gutters and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Turns out, Ace Construction installed the wrong drip edge when they replaced the roof. Itâ s too late though, all of my soffits have been damaged to the point they need to be replaced. I suspect the good reviews are from family and friends but I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy.
