I recently had a deck built by Ace Construction and I must say I could not be happier. In terms of Cost, Owner operator Lance came in at the lowest bid. He provided me with valuable information in terms of what would be solid investment as I was looking for low to a no maintenance porch. He communicated well and was responsive to my question throughout the build. I think I was most impressed with how reliable he was given the fact I have had bad experiences with various contractors. Great experience with Ace Construction and I would not hesitate to hire for future projects. Mickey

Responded with call back quickly. Back deck stairs were removed and new stairs and stringers were built. Very professional, Great clean up, Excellent workmanship, Reasonable price. All was done in one day!! Definitely call again and recommend.

Mine was a fairly simple 'fix'. He arrived on time, was very pleasant,and worked consistently including trip to Home Depot. The final product was perfect. We have discussed other issues I may to do in the near future.

Frank M. On time. On budget. High quality work . Perfectionists . I have pictures of a old rotting wooden deck , a big concern on my mind for years. Especially full of snow. about 450sq/ft 3 levels ; Changed ALL to Trex 100% w metal rails . I am the envy of the neighborhood. I waited for a while to put this review, as I wanted to see the test of time , heat , rain , subzero WX to see if any boards warped or other defects. // Zero 0 none ; plus a master carpenter; a true work art he transformed my non maintenance deck . I would & will always recommend them highly. // I expect to use them in the future. Great hard working folks . No BS during working time . Serious. Both observations by my wife & I . Period .
