We got off to a bit of a rocky start with getting everything scheduled (a lot of that was due to the weather) but they did an excellent job and made sure our walks and driveway weren't going to be slippery after the power washing (in near freezing temps).

I was expecting the installed mulch to be 4-5 inches or more deep as is my neighbor's recently installed mulch. I would estimate the mulch installed in my yard to be noticeably less. The installer person did not ask me how deep I wanted the mulch to be. I guess I should have specifically specified the depth of mulch and gotten an estimate based on that specification.
