Max was a friendly and understanding professional. He gave good advice and helped me out where he could. Ended up having to replace water heater, not cheap but within range of typical prices I saw on internet. Got everything completed within 24 hrs.

Yes, Ed was so nice and did a good job. I was thankful that he had the part that was needed to fix a leaking faucet. I was a little surprised at how much it cost to fix it. Thank you.

RUN AWAY! Very far and very fast! They quoted me $231 to snake a pipe. I thought it was high, but I was anxious to get it fixed, so I agreed. The tech did not have the tools, had to go back to his office, came back and did the work while we were out (we agreed to this as it was on the front of the house). He told me if they could not fix it, they would not charge me. The tech said he was able to get it running, then it stopped working again and running very slowly. He thought it was clogged with grease it needed to be jetted and he quoted me a price for that, but said they did not really do it. He called his boss to ask if they should charge & was since you were able to get it running a little bit, that they would charge me". He said I could not use my garbage disposal, etc. s/w manager and told him I had it fixed - WITH a camera run - $64. He then asked me to pay $150 instead. I said NO. I ended up paying $64 to them to get them to go the heck away.

This customer was never charged a single penny for the work our plumber did. We tried to help her out but unfortunately her drains were filled with debris and our plumber was able to get the drains to slowly run again but she needed a company that specializes in jetters to fully clear her drains. We never charged the customer any money and offered her our services for FREE. Don't know why she is so upset and angry with our company with an accusation that we charged her $64 for 3 hoursr our work which she once again got for FREE. WE ASK THE CUSTOMER TO POST HER $64 PAYMENT OR DELETE THIS REVIEW - Thanks

He was nice, and helpful. Saved me some money. Only thing is punctuality. He was late for the estimate and when he came back for the repair. Otherwise I liked and trusted him

Get it in in writing. Appointments and estimates were all verbal. Was supposed to start on Monday. Did not show. Rescheduled Tues. , unable to get part so no work. Work was done Wed. but unable to get trash in truck. Said supervisor would be back later to pick up and get payment. Did not come back later and was told he would be back Thurs. at 2 to complete work. Did not show. Said he could come on Monday between 9 and 10. I said ok. I was not 100% sure if that would work for me, but told him I would call back ONLY if that time would not work which apparently meant to him that I had not scheduled a time. I got him to come Monday to complete work only after I called again.

We apologize but parts sometimes arent in stock and work gets delayed - this is something that's out of our control and we have to rely on the supply houses to have inventory. We are glad every thing is working properly and have spoken to the technician about communicated with customers and keeping schedules and he understands and we apologize if there was any miscommunication between yourself the office and the technician .
