Living in Anchorage for 37 years; used many movers and this group was best yet. Price of time very reasonable. Front desk receptionist is an effective resource to answer all your questions. She is extremely friendly and patient; I had so many questions as the movers were going to have to go to 3 locations...to pick up and drop off. She never made me feel I was taking up her time. Called her multiple times and she always remembered my name. Main reason I went with this group. Movers showed up on time. Very professional and looked happy to tackle the job. At one point asked them to move a sofa to upstairs bedroom. It was very difficult and we could see it wasnâ t going to fit through door. The guys worked every angle possible; took all three of them but finally we told them it was time for a Pepsi break! We met as a group and my husband and I decided to change the plan. They were such good guys. After 3 1/2 hours of moving furniture to 3 different places, they finished on time! Bill was exactly what they had stated in estimate; no surprises. Another skill they offered was being able to pack the furniture being moved so that they could put the stuff we wanted to have unloaded into a storage unit at easy access. Then they packed that storage unit beautifully. Best moving service we have worked with in Anchorage. This is why we used them 3 times; and I know we will use them in the future. For those of you that are retired as my husband and I are, itâ s great to work with a moving team that is flexible, professional and facilitates a stressful morning.

Fast friendly and very efficient!

We made two moves in 14 months. The first mover was one of the most popular in Anchorage and I was very disappointed in every aspect. The second one I hired Ace and was absolutely thrilled with their service. I actually felt like they cared about not only our belongings but keeping the price as low as possible. It seems like hustle is the middle name for all of the guys! Thank you ace, would recommend you to anyone in Anchorage.

The moving crew was on time, and they emptied the storage unit quickly. Unloading was also done quickly. Total time was only three hours. Well worth the money.

These guys are great!

So friendly, courteous and careful with your belongings. I moved from 5800 ft.² to 2500 ft.². I had quite a bit of stuff and the they were absolutely fabulous and I didn t have one thing broken or damaged ! Love my movers!

Was scheduled for a 1:00 Move and the customer before me mislead them about the job so they couldn t complete it on time and came to mine later than scheduled. They sent three movers instead of two, worked like a Swiss click and still finished ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations. Nothing broken, always hustling and asking anytime there was a decision to be made, they anticipated my needs and Mary them, which is the definition of service, there are certainly slicker advertising movers with fancier trucks, but they were hardworking, experienced, very strong and efficient. Will hire them again ima second. Tui is the man!
