Great team. Easy to deal with, worked on time and on budget.

Our sidewalks were raised up by a giant magnolai tree in the yard. We bought the most expensive jackhammer at Home Depot, it could barely chip the surface of the cement porch that was separating from the house by the roots. When Ace Demolition came, they had two strong men with powerful pheumatic jack hammers, two trucks and a generator, and an efficient helper. They completely removed the very heavy, dense cement porch and hauled away all the cement pieces within 2 hours. They hosed down the dusty walkways, and showed us the many magnolia roots about 2 feet across in the dirt under where the cement porch was. It was fantastic tohave them here. We have almost finished a cement barrier to regrowth of roots, and a nice new wooden porch. The Ace Demolition crew was very considerate and neat in their work, also efficient and diligent. Home Advisor recommended a few demolition companies to choose from. Since Ace Demolition was at the top of the list, I called them first. Spoke with Paul who couldn't have been nicer and more informative. He said he'd get the information and photos I sent over to his boss for the estimate. I had an estimate almost immediately. I might add that their price was most reasonable for the job. I arranged a date and time with Paul. The crew showed up right on time and went to work. I received a photo after all was done from one of our board of directors and everything looked super clean and neat. She also told me that the crew was really a nice bunch of guys. We paid them, and they e-mailed us a paid invoice the next day. In this day and age where everything seems to be in limbo because of the pandemic, it was good to know that Ace Demolition could do the job right from beginning to end. Don't hesitate to call them!

We hired Ace Demo to remove our garden shed w/electrical, and reroute the conduit. We also had a weight machine inside we needed moved, and a walkway of brick pavers moved. Everything was done professionally and with ease. The weight machine was taken apart, moved, and put back together, and the brick pavers were stacked so we could use them again. They were very accommodating, and the price was right. We highly recommend Ace Demo, and we would hire them again. Thanks Paul, Adam, and Eric.

I shopped around and they were by far the best deal. Erez (Eric) and his team were easy to work with and patiently answered my questions and explained the processes. They were there at every step, from permit through inspection, to make sure everything went well. There were some delays on my end to wait for Ellis Act clearance from the city and Erez was completely understanding and ready to work as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ace Demolition!

Thankfully I was home during the demolition! I had to stop them on more than one occasion, because they started demolishing more than what I asked them to. I had to have them come back to fix a few things, such as the stucco on the corner of the house and some holes in my block wall that they ran into with the mini excavator. For the most part they did a good job.

Overall, they did a great job. Cheaper than anyone else. A few things I would've done differently, but it's OK. They did everything I asked for with no problems. I'd hire them again.

We had our pool filled in and all the concrete decking around it removed. The team did a fantastic job and were very fast. They stayed on budget and were very easy to work with. They were very easy to communicate with. They listened to us, always returned our calls, they arrived on time and were just excellent in every way. I would definitely use them again.

ACE demo did our swimming pool demolition. Eric and his teem worked very hard and completed the job in the agreed time frame.
