Working with Butch is great. He's punctual, and he gets the job done. He and his crew showed up at my house 10 minutes early, and they tore out my kitchen and both my bathrooms in about 6 hours. He took away all the trash, and left the property ready for the next contractor. In fact, I liked him so much that I've already called him a second time to help me haul away some trash I had left over from all the construction. I would recommend Ace Demo to anyone.

I like the people at Ace demolition. The workers were friendly and worked hard not to hurt the surrounding plants. My concern is that the estimate clearly stated what was to be accomplished. I had personally confirmed with the company that all concrete would be removed. When during the project, Ace Demolition decided that there were supports on the above ground pool that were too big, they asked for additional money even though the estimate covered concrete removal. In the end, we reached a fair compromise and I had the additional concrete removed by a different contractor.

We called Ace to remove an old chicken coop from our backyard that was infested with wasps. They came out to take a look and give us a quote. They had an insect sprayer come out to kill the wasps (and black widows) and a few days later (as scheduled) showed up on time and removed the chicken coop. They were efficient and professional. They even hauled away some extra wood and an old sink we had on the side of the house for a few extra dollars. I would highly recommend Ace and we will definitely use their services in the future.
