The initial fee was $20 more than advertised under his advertisment and the return trip to install part was an additional fee. Therefore the cost was not as economical as I expected for a very simple repair that took less than 10 minutes to replace a $13 part and 3 hours for my technician to diagnose a very simple fix.

He was prompt and came out on a Sunday. He was friendly and not pushy. He took the time to show what the problem was and how to fix it. He also called and ordered the specific part. The oven now works fine.

I would certainly hire ACE again. Frank Morel ,the owner ,arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator door not closely. He ordered the part and came back to install a few days later. He ALSO did more than I expected when on the first day he moved the entire refrigerator out and vacuumed the coils. His service was reasonable and for quality work I can't ask for more!

I had to order parts which took 10 days to arrive. Way too long when you have a broken appliance.

I hired Frank Morel of Ace Electrical Services. I am very happy with the work he did. He was very responsive and prompt and his work is impeccable. He not only changed out my water line and water reservoir coil in my refrigerator, but he re-caulked my shower stall. The caulk job was done so well! He took off the gutter and strip under the glass door and thoroughly cleaned them before re-installing them. The caulk is perfect and he caulked areas that were previously not caulked. I highly recommend him

The person, who turned out to be the Proprietor/Repairman, called within the hour since I completed the internet interview and arrived about 30 minutes latter. The refrigerator's ice maker outer panel was removed and the problem was due to one of the door hinge mounts on the rear panel had broken. After finding that the part was not available on line, he glued the loose broken part to the fixed half and added a plastic piece for extra support. The ice maker has been working very well since it was repaired. He worked quickly and efficiently and his fee including travel time was reasonable.
