Very personable technician. Went above and beyond helping me to move stuff out of the way in order to check one more outlet to find the problem. And he did. Took a lot of thinking to figure out where the bad outlet was.

ItŠFriday at 3pm & smoke just came out of my ceiling fan/light when I turned the switch on. Iḿ freaking out. Called Ace Electrical Services, and the owner himself offered to come out on his way home THE.SAME.DAY. Amazing level of customer service & responsiveness. We were so thankful that there was not a wiring problem and grateful that they took the faulty fixture down & replaced it with a safe and functional temporary fixture! Ace Electrical Services was recommended to me, and I am happy to recommend Ace Electrical Services to anyone who needs an upstanding electrician who knows his stuff, is reliable, professional, and personable.

I had Ace Electrical Services updated inside outlets, add external outlets, had a few lighting fixtures repaired and a few replaced. Tim provided a quick response, and we exchanged clear and concise communication. He arrived on time as scheduled, he worked quickly and efficiently withing his initial estimate. Ace will be my first call when I am ready for more licensed electrical work.

Service was scheduled right away. After evaluating the problem, Timon gave us options with explanation and costs involved, allowing us to make the right decision based on our needs at the time. He started right away getting the problem solved. Due to the timing of our call, he wasn't able to finish in one day but was back the next morning to complete the job as he said he would be. Very satisfied with the work, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and task oriented. We will definitely call on him again.
