Dave went above and beyond for me. The wood floor for my bedroom was mostly defective and after about 15 rows we decided not to continue with it. We were frusturated but Dave never frowned. He ripped all the planks re-packed them and even went to home depot with me to return it. He is a good floor installer but more than that he is a kind and honest man. He wont rip you off because of unknowns and take advantage of you. Best quality of him? He listens to you and doesn't get arrogant. Thank you Sir.

Our experience with Ace was good. It is an owner operated business so we had a more intimate experience with the business than if it was a larger company who sends employees. We had a small incident with a family member causing some problems and he helped clean-up the mess free of charge so I would say he goes above and beyond to help. I definitely recommend Ace. The only drawback was limitations in technology concerning communication and payment. I was not able to pay with a credit card and Ace doesn't really respond to emails. Other than that our experience was positive.
